The 19th Annual Chuck Burch Scholarship Fund Golf Tournament is now open for registration and participation. In addition to the Golf event, we WILL be hosting Vendor Exhibits and conducting our Annual Silent Auction. The event is Saturday October 19th, 2019 at 1:00 pm and WE NEED YOUR HELP!
If YOU are a GOLFER, please play in the event. We will accommodate ALL levels of golfers (beginner, novice and experts). If you KNOW a GOLFER please forward this to them with your encouragement to participate (it is for a GREAT cause).
If YOU are an ORGANIZATION OR GROUP, please PARTNER with us to provide funds and donations for your organization. Contact Chuck directly and he can tell you how this event can work for your GROUP.
If YOU are a BUSINESS OWNER OR MANAGER, please SPONSOR a part of the event and/or be a VENDOR. We assure you that we will help you generate new customers and promote your product or service to positively impact your business profit.
If YOU have items that can be DONATED to the Silent Auction, we can take them and make them part of someone’s treasure. We could really use gift cards, hotel stays, travel packages, restaurant certificates, autographed items and anything that participants will bid on. We will take items that are new, used or re-gifted. Since the fund is a 501 C 3 organization, we can issue you a receipt for the value of your donation.
If YOU have time and the heart to VOLUNTEER, we need YOU. There are volunteer opportunities available from 9 am to 9 pm on Saturday October 19th. Please give us a little of your time, it will make a big difference. We will also issue Community Service Hours for those that need it.
If YOU are a Golfer, know a Golfer (or know someone that wants to be a Golfer, Group or Organization (looking for Fundraising), Business Owner (or aspiring Business Owner), Vendor (that is looking for customers and exposure), Donor (that can contribute to the Scholarship Fund or Silent Auction), or have the heart to Volunteer (and be part of something bigger than themselves), then please register and participate on Saturday October 19th.
