Nothing makes a summer night more relaxing than a meal that's had all day to cook. These Crock-Pot recipes are incredibly easy to make and sure to please the whole family. Which one will you try making first?

Chicken Salad SandwichesThis dish is the perfect solution for lazy meals by the poolside. Pair it with bread for a tasty sandwich or serve it with fruit and crackers for something a little lighter. Either way, you can whip it up quickly with just six ingredients and a handful of hours for cooking.

Salsa Verde Chicken: With just five ingredients, you can prepare this meal that's as delicious as it is healthy. Just dump chicken breasts, black beans, corn, salsa verde, and cream cheese in your slow cooker, then let the whole thing simmer. Six hours later, you'll have a delightful entree to serve with rice or a salad.

Pulled Pork SlidersLetting the pork sit in a mouthwatering mixture of seasoning and apricot preserves gives it a unique, yummy flavor. Whisk all of the ingredients together, then let everything cook for five to eight hours, depending on your device's settings. Then, shred the pork and make plenty of sliders for everyone in the family.

Mexican Stuffed Peppers: This meal is quick and satisfying. Packed with black beans, corn, and enchilada sauce, the peppers will please everyone without requiring hours of work in the kitchen. Purchase all of the ingredients, dump them all in your Crock-Pot for approximately two to six hours, then serve with a side salad.

Fresh Salmon: You might not usually think about cooking fish in a slow cooker, but it's actually a great way to make sure your salmon turns out tender and moist. Throw in some seasoning, veggies, and lemon with the fish for a meal that's flavorful and nutritious. If you don't eat the whole serving, you can take the leftovers and freeze them for a later date.

Easy Taco Soup: Head to the store to pick up several canned ingredients, then chuck them all in your cooker for a soup that's super flavorful. You'll need to cook the soup for between two to four hours, then garnish the whole thing with shredded cheese and sour cream. Personally, I love to serve it with a handful of crunchy tortilla chips.

Orange Chicken: You can skip the takeout when you have this recipe on hand. Not only is it better for you than heading to Panda Express, but it's easy to make and full of bold flavors. Cook everything on low for a few hours, then serve the chicken with fresh rice.
